November 17, 2025 — Brevard County Fire Rescue (BCFR) responded to a significant structure fire on Sand Dollar Road in Indialantic on Monday afternoon. The call was received around 3:00 p.m., and Engine 64 arrived to find the residence fully involved.
BCFR units including Truck 63, Rescue 63, Engine 62, and Rescue 62 worked alongside mutual aid partners from the Melbourne Fire Department — Truck 71, Engine 71, and Heavy Rescue 70 — to bring the fire under control.
Crews operated aggressively to contain the fire and prevent further damage. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
