November 18, 2025 — Brevard County Fire Rescue (BCFR) visited Space Coast High School after an invitation from Mr. Pommier to speak with students in his Career Source class.
Chief Barrack and Lieutenant Lincoln spent time discussing what it’s like to work as a first responder in Brevard County, answering student questions about training, day-to-day responsibilities, and career pathways within the fire service. Students also had the opportunity to try on firefighting gear for a hands-on look at the tools and equipment used in the field.
BCFR thanked Mr. Pommier and Space Coast High School for the invitation and for giving students the chance to explore a possible future in public safety.
