October 28, 2025 — Alachua County Fire Rescue recognized Lieutenant Steve Jarvis for completing 10 years of dedicated service to the residents of Alachua County and to ACFR.
According to the department, Lt. Jarvis has consistently demonstrated professionalism, commitment, and reliability throughout his decade of service. His contributions have supported both operational readiness and the department’s mission to provide high-quality emergency care.
Alachua County Fire Rescue expressed its appreciation for Lt. Jarvis’s ongoing dedication and thanked him for his continued service to the community.
