NEWBURGH, NY - Cronomer Valley FD responded to a vehicle into a pole at 62 Gardnertown Road on November 25th. Command arrived and called 911 to advise that the MVA was in Good Will FD's district. Good Will FD responded to scene, and the driver was taken to Montefiore/St. Luke's Hospital by Town of Newburgh EMS. Gardnertown Road was closed from Taft Ave. to Creek Run Road. Firefighters checked the vehicle for hazards and stood by for a tow truck. Cronomer Valley FD returned to quarters while Good Will FD remained at the scene. The Town of Newburgh Police Dept. is investigating the cause.
