NEW BALTIMORE, NY - On November 22nd, the New Baltimore Fire Department was dispatched for a garage fire in close proximity to a structure on Horton Road in New Baltimore. The first arriving unit pulled a five-inch hose and the second arriving unit was told to draft from the Hudson River. New Baltimore Car 1 called for additional help from Coeymans Hollow, Coeymans, Medway-Grapeville and Ravena Fire Departments. Greene County Fire Coordinators were also on scene, as well as Ravena Rescue Squad. Selkirk and Westerlo Fire Departments were on standby for coverage. The garage was a total loss.
