This article is a direct street report from our correspondent and has not been edited by the 1st Responder newsroom.

BOW, NH - Around 12:50 p.m. on November 20th, the Bow Fire Department, along with companies from Concord, Allenstown, Hooksett, and Dunbarton, was dispatched for a reported kitchen fire located less than a minute from Bow’s station.

Bow C1 arrived to find fire showing on the porch of a single-story residence and a live electrical wire down in the driveway. Crews made a fast interior and exterior attack, knocking down most of the fire using the engine’s tank water.

Just before the 20-minute mark, command requested a second alarm to bring in additional manpower and water.
