Bushkill, PA — November 3 — In the Saw Creek neighbourhood of Lehman Township, Bushkill Volunteer Fire Company responded to a structure fire on Southport Drive. When Lehman Pike Emergency Medical Services arrived first, they discovered that the house was heavily smoke-filled, which prompted a full fire assignment. While ventilation operations helped visibility and heat reduction, bushkill personnel moved inside to find and contain the fire.

During operations, Marshalls Creek Fire Company and Shawnee Fire Company-PA mutual-aid companies supplied water and personnel. Shortly after arrival, the fire was contained, and an overhaul verified that there was no hidden extension. No injuries were recorded, and utilities were secured. After the residence was deemed safe, the units were put back into service.
