Bushkill, PA — October 31 — Bushkill Volunteer Fire Company concluded a complete month of work that combined public safety education, community outreach, and consistent emergency response. Throughout October, members went to neighbourhood events and schools to support fire prevention initiatives and educate families about safety. Additionally, the department took part in several Trunk-or-Treat events, which provided locals with an informal opportunity to engage with firefighters and learn about equipment.

Crews managed everyday emergencies while adhering to their training plan despite the hectic timetable. Pump operations, UTV deployment for trail rescues and readiness for fall wilderness conditions in the Delaware Water Gap region were the main topics of drills. As the business keeps up operational readiness for the next colder season, volunteer turnout remained high throughout the month.
