At the November Board of Fire Commission meeting, the department acknowledged many individuals and organizations for their support of fire department initiatives and consistent help to residents in need. Mario D. Partee of Community Care Food and Clothing Pantry, LaCisha Laws of By-Laws Events, and Nick "Proc" Corporan of Versus Mobile Gaming Studio were among the award winners.
