On October 23, 2025, Lititz Fire Company No. 1 assisted the Brunnerville Fire Company at the scene of a vehicle accident at Route 501 and Lexington Road. The incident involved a box truck that had rolled onto its side. Upon arrival, firefighters removed the truck’s glass to safely assist the driver in exiting the vehicle. Crews then supported debris cleanup efforts and cut a section of the truck’s roof to allow its contents to be unloaded. No additional injuries were reported, and operations concluded once the roadway was cleared.
