October 20 — Hempfield Fire Department
On October 20, Squad 69 was relocated to York County Station 505 as fire crews from multiple counties responded to a large, ongoing incident. The relocation ensured continued emergency coverage in the surrounding area while regional resources worked to bring the fire under control. The department remains prepared to assist as needed while supporting mutual-aid partners.
