Highspire, Pa. — October 26 —Citizen's Fire Company #1 of Highspire took part in the annual Middletown Halloween Parade on Saturday night, carrying on a long heritage of community involvement. Members staffed apparatus throughout the parade route and spoke with families lining the streets to celebrate the occasion.
