Westville FD Operates at National Park Dwelling Fire

Westville, N.J. — November 2 — On Sunday, the Westville Fire Department responded to a dwelling fire on Tenth Street in National Park under heavy fire conditions. NPFD Engine 812 initiated suppression and secured its own water supply, with Westville Rescue 6 stretching the second line.
GCFD Quint 51 operated aerial tactics, supported by Westville Engine 733 on water supply. Westville Rescue 738 stood by as an engine company to provide a secondary feed to Engine 812 if needed. A RIT Group was established, and companies made solid progress. No injuries were reported, and the fire is under investigation.
Cover companies included Woodbury Engine 5, Deptford Tower 926, Gibbstown Tender 21, and East Greenwich Engine 19.
