Tobyhanna Township Crews Respond to Two-Vehicle Crash on Route 940.

Pocono Pines, Pa. — October 31 — On Friday, the Tobyhanna Township Volunteer Fire Company was called to a two-vehicle collision on Route 940. Members from the Blakeslee station brought 41-Utility-3 to help with operations, and crews from the Pocono Pines station arrived with 41-Rescue Engine-3.

Before controlling traffic on the road, firefighters assisted Pocono Mountain Regional EMS with patient assessment and extrication. In order to guarantee a safe reopening, crews also helped with debris cleanup. The inquiry was managed by Pocono Mountain Regional Police, who also kept the area secure.
