Marshalls Creek, Pa. — November 11 — In honour of Veterans Day, Marshalls Creek Fire Company honoured those who have served in the US military, including a number of present and former employees. Veterans' ongoing contributions to local emergency services and national defense were highlighted during the celebration.

Many first responders in Monroe County have military experience, which enhances their ability to lead, communicate, and be prepared for emergency situations. The department had the chance to express gratitude to these people on Veterans Day for their service and the time they still provide to the community.
