Stations 10 and 20 Operate Together During Mount Jewett Industrial Emergency .

Mount Jewett, Pa. — October 20 —A suspected explosion prompted the Mt. Jewett Volunteer Fire Department, located at 1 Gallup Avenue, to react to Myers Trucking on Monday. Ambulances 10 and 5 were sent out with Stations 10 and 20. One patient was determined to have burn injuries by Chief 20-10, who arrived first.

Support activities were handled by Chief 10-10, Squad 10, and Engine 10. Air medical was summoned right away due to the seriousness of the injuries. After being carried to the landing zone by ambulance number five, the patient was given to the flight crew and flown to a nearby burn centre for treatment.
