Upper St. Clair, Pa. — November 16 — The Upper St. Clair Volunteer Fire Department announces that construction on its new 109-foot Rosenbauer Viper Aerial is nearing completion. The apparatus is expected to arrive in early January, significantly improving the community's firefighting capabilities.
