Catasauqua, Pa. — November 1 — Together with North Catasauqua's Charotin Hose Company, the Catasauqua Fire Department District 2, located at 90 Bridge St., Catasauqua, Pennsylvania, supported this year's Tucker's Toy Run, a significant charity motorbike ride that provides toys to young patients at St Luke's University Health Network. Riders and first responders from all across the region continue to participate actively in the long-running event.

One member of the Catasauqua Fire Department District 2 was among the over 1,000 bikers that participated in the run. The program that offers comfort goods for children receiving care at St. Luke's facilities, including the Fountain Hill campus, benefited from the donation of almost 5,000 toys.
