Clinton, N.J. — November 4 —During the Clinton Fire Department's November meeting, Chief Hedden and Deputy Chief Mayer announced two officer promotions. Lieutenant Jack Daniels was promoted to Captain 45, while Firefighter Scott Fusco was elevated to Lieutenant 45.
