Kutztown, Pa. — October 17 — For the school's yearly Fire Safety Day, the Weisenberg Volunteer Fire Department spent Friday at Weisenberg Elementary School. Students were guided by firefighters through a straightforward obstacle course that illustrated fundamental mobility and safety principles utilized in emergency situations.

Additionally, crews allowed kids to examine the department's equipment and fire engines. Firefighters described the purpose of typical tools and how they are utilised in major incidents. Students were able to practise the PASS method in a safe and controlled environment by using a supervised fire extinguisher station.
