Garden Spot Fire Rescue (GSFR39) reported that on the morning of November 8, units from GSFR, Company 30 (Windsor Fire Department), and EMS were dispatched to the area of Weaverland Mennonite Church on Route 897 in East Earl Township for a reported tractor-trailer rollover involving a load of stone. Upon arrival, police corrected the initial information, confirming that the incident involved a farm tractor pulling a trailer that had struck a utility pole.
According to GSFR39, crews assessed the scene and mitigated various hazards while EMS evaluated the tractor’s driver. A local towing company was requested to assist, and responders worked collaboratively to upright the tractor and complete the cleanup operation.
GSFR39 reported that the incident was safely brought under control, and all units later returned to service.
