October 19, 2025 — Seven members of the Bay Head Fire Company #1 represented the department this past weekend at the annual Bay Shark Run 5K, an event supporting Bay Head School.
In a show of dedication and community spirit, the firefighters completed the 3.1-mile course wearing full turnout gear. While they were not the fastest runners on the route, their commitment—and their unmistakable presence—made them strong contenders for “Best Dressed” on race day.
The department extended its appreciation to everyone who came out to support the event and offered special recognition to the firefighters who demonstrated service, pride, and perseverance both on and off duty.
