EAST PETERSBURG, PA — November 2025 — The East Petersburg Fire Company announced the donation of Individual First Aid Kits (IFAKs) to the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department (NLCRPD), strengthening the medical readiness of officers throughout the region. The specialized trauma kits will be placed in every police vehicle, ensuring officers have essential lifesaving tools available during critical emergencies.

The donation highlighted the strong and ongoing collaboration between EPFC and NLCRPD, reflecting their shared commitment to public safety, preparedness, and community service. Both firefighters and police officers will receive training on the proper use of the IFAK contents, ensuring that each responder can deploy the equipment effectively when seconds matter.

A formal presentation of the IFAK kits was scheduled for Monday, November 24, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the East Petersburg Fire Company. Community members and local media were invited to attend the event.
