COLUMBIA, PA — October 5, 2025 — Rescue 80, staffed with four volunteers, was requested to transfer to Station 26 (Manheim Fire Department) while multiple units operated at a second-alarm barn fire in Station 28’s area.
Shortly after arriving at Station 26, Rescue 80 was dispatched to establish a fill site at the intersection of Newport Road and Elizabethtown Road. The crew set up water supply operations for tankers responding to the incident.
Rescue 80 remained on location and operated the fill site, supplying water to tankers throughout the duration of the response.
