October 26, 2025 — The Clark Fire Department conducted a driver training exercise this morning involving Engine 3 and Ladder 1, giving members an opportunity to practice flowing heavy water under real-world operating conditions.
The session focused on enhancing driver proficiency, pump operations, and coordination between apparatus crews. Training of this type ensures that firefighters remain prepared to deliver high-volume water flow during major incidents, including structure fires and large-scale emergencies.
The department regularly conducts hands-on training to maintain operational readiness and support the safety of both firefighters and the community.
