Girl Scout Troop Tours Mount Holly Firehouse

Mount Holly, N.J. — November 14 —Girl Scout Troop 21795 visited Mount Holly Fire District No. 1 for a station tour led by Acting Battalion Chief Allen and Firefighter Mickey. The scouts were shown the apparatus, tools, and basic safety features used during fire operations.
Crews also shared a brief overview of the department’s long history as one of the oldest active volunteer fire departments in America. The scouts asked questions throughout the visit and spent time exploring the fire trucks.
Mount Holly Fire District No. 1 thanked the troop for stopping by and supporting community engagement.
