Beaver, Pa. — November 11 — On Tuesday, the Beaver Volunteer Fire Department participated in the borough's yearly Veterans Day Parade, joining neighbourhood groups and citizens in paying tribute to veterans. Firefighters joined in the community's celebration of veterans who have served and those who are now on active service by bringing equipment to the procession. Every year, the festival, which has a long history in Beaver, receives a lot of support.

The department took advantage of the event to honour veterans' and their families' efforts and to express gratitude for their ongoing service. The department's support of civic events across the borough was further demonstrated by participation in the parade.
