Ambridge, Pa. — October 28 — The Ambridge Firefighters Department upgraded its station this week with the installation of 20 new Ready Rack lockers, purchased through grant funding at no cost to borough residents. The updated storage system improves gear organization and brings the station in line with current standards used by departments across the region.
Firefighter Justin Miller led the installation, working through his weekend with assistance from Lenny Maytic, Tyler Adams, Lance Huppenthal, and Gerri Miller. Officials said the new lockers have already made a noticeable improvement in daily operations.
