Veterans Day Tribute Highlights Military Service Within CHFD

Cherry Hill, N.J. — November 11 — Cherry Hill Fire Department (CHFD) honored Veterans Day with a message of gratitude to all who have served in the United States armed forces, while offering special recognition to the department’s own members with military backgrounds. CHFD thanked Assistant Fire Chief Brett DeLucca (U.S. Marine Corps), Lt. Shaun Ferguson (U.S. Air Force), FF John Quigg (U.S. Marine Corps), FF Pat Schetter (U.S. Marine Corps), FF Shane Tambussi (U.S. Army), FF Nick Bacigalupo (U.S. Marine Corps & U.S. Army), FF Jeremy Hacker (U.S. Navy), FF Andrew Sarli-Prelle (U.S. Air Force), FF William Varner (U.S. Marine Corps), FF Lacey Heist (U.S. Coast Guard), FF Matt Ambrosio (U.S. Marine Corps), EMT Shannon Danner (U.S. Marine Corps), and EMT Aidan Curran (U.S. Army). The department expressed appreciation for their service to the nation as well as their continued commitment to protecting Cherry Hill, noting that their dedication exemplifies the spirit of public service honored on Veterans Day.
