On November 11, the officers and members of Brownsville Fire Company #1 paused to honor the bravery, dedication, and sacrifice of the nation’s veterans and active-duty military personnel. The department expressed its heartfelt gratitude to all who have served and continue to serve, emphasizing the importance of recognizing the men and women who protect the freedoms enjoyed today. Members encouraged the community to take a moment on Veterans Day to thank those in uniform—past and present—for their unwavering commitment. Brownsville Fire Company #1 remains proud to stand in support of the individuals who have devoted their lives to defending the country and safeguarding its ideals.
