Dickson City, Pa. — November 3 — A car veered off the road and collided with a tree in the 1100 block of Scott Road tonight, prompting the Dickson City Fire Department, located at 1 Eagle Lane, to react. The driver was locked inside the car when Rescue 23 and Engine 23 arrived.
To enhance working space and provide access around the damaged car, crews chopped down one tree. After finishing the extrication, firefighters moved the patient to EMS for assessment and transportation.
