Reynoldsville, Pa. — October 17 — Reynoldsville Fire Department firefighters taught kindergarten kids about fire safety at C.G. Johnson Elementary School in the afternoon. During the tour, there were talks about staying safe during crises and displays of firefighting equipment. The basic "homework" assigned to the students was to tell their families about what they had learnt. Everyone was reminded by the fire chief to replace alarms that are more than 10 years old and to change the batteries in smoke detectors.
