Egg Harbor Township, N.J. — October 21 —Members of the Egg Harbor Township Fire Department, along with the EHT Police Department and EHT Rescue Squad, came together to welcome home Tyler Armstrong. He is a firefighter with the Cardiff Volunteer Fire Company #1 and had just returned from military deployment.

Armstrong, who also serves with the 177th Fighter Wing of the New Jersey Air National Guard, received a warm homecoming from fellow first responders, friends, and community members. The event showcased the strong connections between the fire service and the military. Both are based on dedication, discipline, and selfless service.
