Upper Makefield Assists New Hope Firefighters at Logan Inn Roof Fire

Upper Makefield, Pa. — October 14 — Firefighters from the Upper Makefield Volunteer Fire Company (UMFC) responded to help with a roof fire at the Logan Inn in New Hope.
When they arrived, crews from UMFC, New Hope Eagle Fire Company, and other departments worked together to control the fire. UMFC firefighters focused on overhaul operations in the kitchen and on the third floor, making sure all hot spots were completely extinguished.
