Lowell MA - While companies were beginning to break down at a one-alarm fire a few blocks away on 11/5/2021, a second telephone alarm for fire was reported at 17 Osgood Street. Police arrived on scene with fire showing from the second floor. Engine two, as the first in engine, stretched to the second floor and quickly knocked down a one room bedroom fire. The second fire of the the night went to a Working Fire.
