Greenwich, N.Y. — November 4 — Fourteen Greenwich Fire Department members from 60 Hill Street took part in a carbon monoxide response training session. The evening began with a review of department procedures for CO alarms, followed by a hands-on drill at the Village Department of Public Works. Firefighters practised meter use, scene assessment, and ventilation operations to ensure they are ready for CO-related emergencies as the weather gets colder and heating systems are used more.
