Greenwich, N.Y. — October 21 — Eleven members of the Greenwich Fire Department, 60 Hill Street, participated in the first night of low-angle rope rescue refresher training. The session focused on knot proficiency, victim packaging, and a review of essential rescue equipment. These hands-on exercises help firefighters maintain readiness for terrain-based rescues, ensuring crews can safely and efficiently manage rope operations during emergencies.
