Nashua Fire Rescue crews responded to a collision involving a dump truck and a tractor trailer at the intersection of Amherst Street and Airport Road on Tuesday morning.
Engine 5, Engine 1, Ladder 1, ALS, C4, and the Special Hazards unit arrived on scene to find a diesel fuel leak from the tractor trailer. Firefighters worked quickly to contain and mitigate the spill to prevent further hazards.
Officials are advising motorists to use caution and seek alternative routes while crews continue cleanup and ensure the area is safe. No serious injuries have been reported at this time.
