Manchester, Vt. — October 24 — Manchester Fire Department members joined the community Friday evening for the annual “Trunk or Treat” event at Dana L. Thompson Memorial Park. Crews stood by Rescue 10 and handed out treats to a steady crowd of children and families enjoying the Halloween festivities.
