Orange, Mass. — November 3 —The Orange Fire Rescue EMS Department recognized Probationary Firefighters Nadia Surin and Noah Rumrill for their ongoing commitment to training and professional development. Both firefighters have been attending the Tri-State Fire Training’s Basic 6 program over the past several weekends, gaining essential skills to support operations at emergency scenes. In addition to being on-call firefighters who joined the department earlier this year, Surin and Rumrill are also certified as EMT-B, which enables them to offer medical assistance during emergencies.
