Cambridge, Mass. — October 20 — Between emergency responses on Monday, Ladder 2 from the Cambridge Fire Department completed a scheduled fire and safety inspection at the King Open and Cambridge Street Upper School. The visit ensured that life safety systems, exit routes, and preparedness measures are functioning properly ahead of the school year’s colder season. The work was carried out by Group 3 while on duty, maintaining operational readiness throughout the day.
