East Williston, N.Y. — October 20 — Firefighters from the East Williston Fire Department recently completed a five-session Vehicle Extrication training program led by the Nassau County Firefighters Safety Association. The course combined classroom learning with hands-on drills, focusing on safely removing victims from motor vehicle accidents and improving coordination on scene.

The training strengthens firefighter readiness and ensures crews remain proficient in using rescue tools and stabilization techniques during emergencies.
