New Member Barry Finkelstein Joins Hancock Maine VFD with EVOC Certification

Hancock, M.E — October 29 — The Hancock Maine Volunteer Fire Department today introduced one of its newest members, Firefighter Barry Finkelstein, who joined the department four months ago while working in hospitality and managing a local inn. In that short time, Finkelstein has earned his Emergency Vehicle Operator Course (EVOC) certification, a credential designed to teach first responders safe operation of emergency vehicles.
