Castorland Fire Co. Leads Fire Safety Day at Beaver River School.

Castorland, N.Y. — October 9, 2025 — Castorland Fire Company joined New Bremen, Beaver Falls, and Croghan fire departments at Beaver River School for a full day of hands-on demonstrations during Fire Prevention Month. Students from elementary through high school rotated through sessions that showcased firefighter bailout techniques, rope rescue, hose line operations, and water supply setup.
Castorland’s crew displayed their aerial ladder truck, giving students the opportunity to sit in the cab and operate the bucket controls. Beaver Falls Ambulance staff discussed EMS operations, providing students a close look at patient care and emergency response.
