New Canaan, Conn. — Oct. 24 — The New Canaan Fire Company No. 1 has recognized Firefighter Jake for achieving an important milestone in his fire service career. Jake recently completed the Firefighter I certification, successfully passed his probationary board, and is now qualified as an interior firefighter.
