October 13, 2025 — Members of the Adams Center Fire Department (ACFD) brought one of their fire trucks to the Honeyville Baptist Church Fall Festival on Monday evening, joining in a night of fun, community, and education.
Children enjoyed exploring the fire truck, meeting local firefighters, and collecting treats while learning more about fire safety and the role of first responders.
The Smithville Fire Department and SJR also participated in the festival, adding to the family-friendly atmosphere and community spirit.
ACFD thanked the church for the invitation and the opportunity to connect with local families, noting that events like these help strengthen relationships between firefighters and the communities they serve.
