NEWBURGH, NY — On Monday, October 2th7, during the regular City of Newburgh Council meeting, Paul Pullar was sworn in as Fire Chief of the City of Newburgh Fire Department. Mayor Harvey administered the oath, and the rest of the City Council joined in congratulating Chief Pullar. Mayor Harvey then invited all firefighters to come forward for photos. Pullar replaces F.J. Spinelli, who resigned from the position. Following the ceremony, the Council proceeded with the remainder of its meeting.
