Shrewsbury, Mass. — October 18, 2025 — The Shrewsbury Fire Department, based at 11 Church Road, visited GLC School as part of Fire Safety Month, teaching students about fire prevention and emergency preparedness.
Firefighters spoke with children about smoke alarms, home escape planning, and recognizing firefighters as trusted helpers. The visit aimed to build early awareness of fire safety and encourage families to review safety plans at home.
