Placentia, CA - Placentia Fire & Life Rescue responded to a reported physical rescue on October 26. When units arrived they found a large pine tree that had been ripped out of the sidewalk due to wind gusts up to 70 miles per hour. The tree fell on the roof of an apartment unit, trapping a female and child inside their apartment. Fire crews from Placentia were able to extricate the lady and child safely.
