On Sunday October 22nd 2023 the Suffolk County Sheriff Office hosted its annual open house. The open house was hosted at Yaphank Correctional Facility located on Glover Drive, Yaphank, New York. The sheriff office did child, senior, pet identification cards. Live demonstrations were conducted included felony stop & canine demonstration, SERT Riot Demonstration, Motorcycle Demonstration, Jail tours.
